How we can help
We offer a range of services, big and small, whether it be a new build, design & build (including pre-designed Villas), full renovation, extension or other alterations.
In collaboration with our trusted architects and designers, we have carefully and thoughtfully developed pre-designed space-conscious villas with character, modern living and affordability in mind.

Along with our excellent architects, we can take your concepts, dreams and ideas, and help bring them to life.
Our small crew and good rapport with our trusted partners allow us to manage time, quality consistency, open communication and meeting deadlines, right from the simple sketching of plans, to the moment we hand the keys over to your new home.
Whether it is an entire new build, slight extension or extensive renovation, our skilled crew and trusted subcontractors are on board to help achieve that end result.
Our Process
In an initial meet-up, we take the opportunity to chat about what you are looking for, what your wants and needs require and how we can help to achieve those
You may have plans prepared but if not, we can assist you with the help of trusted architects who we are familiar with and have worked with often (see our Design & Build tab for a selection of ready-made designs). From this, we can produce a preliminary cost estimate and timeline. Once a design is complete, it can be submitted to council for approval.
Once council consent is granted, we will present you with the final quote. At this point, we like to have another chat as an opportunity for you to go over any questions or thoughts you may have. We understand that this can be a lot of information, and often a huge investment, and part of our job is to help you understand everything.
Once you feel well-informed and are happy with our quote, we can sign the contract together and decide on a start date.
A more exciting part of the process. We will schedule regular on-site catch ups to keep you informed and up-to-date with the progress and answer any questions that arise along the way. Throughout this process, we will liaise with our subcontractors (e.g. architect, local council, etc.) to ensure consistency and that goals are being met.
The best part. At this stage, we will arrange a final sign-off and Code of Compliance certificate from the local council. We will ensure your new house or renovation has been left pristine, express our thanks for choosing Fair & Square as our journey together comes to an end and, finally, we hand over the keys.
