This was a compelling build to be involved in, bringing to fruition the owners’ plans for a tiny house with a clever use of space and a mezzanine floor accessible via an L-shaped staircase.

Home in the Bay

A full renovation of the interior expanding to a brand new build, including replacement of much of the exterior framing, new cladding and a new roof.

The Manse

The Manse is a two-storey property with an overall floor area of 306 m2, consisting of four bedrooms, a large family room and a study.
