Fair & Square Building Services completed a substantial renovation of a cottage in Lyall Bay for us in 2023/24. We were very happy with the process, communication and all our dealings with Galu, Gareth and the team. They delivered a high-quality project, on schedule and communicated well every step of the way. We have completed multiple renovations over the years, and this was by far our best experience. We would definitely recommend Fair & Square Building Services and would happily use them again.

Fair & Square were excellent to work with. They were quick to address any issues, particularly around subcontractors. We were a bit worried about having to live onsite during the build, but they were considerate of us and those on our street. They were careful with the build process, kept a really tidy site and made positive suggestions based on their experiences. The singing and laughter amongst the work crew was a wonderful bonus that our neighbours commented on and appreciated. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

“The Congregational Christian Church of Samoa hired Fair & Square Building Services Limited to construct a new manse for our Minister and family at 149 Owen St Newtown. We had the recommendation of our architect and QS who advised that Fair and Square was a well respected Construction Company in the Wellington District, that they were competitive in the small to medium project sector and are experienced low / medium rise construction builders and project managers. Their track record in completing projects is very good. All this advice proved to be true. Fair and Square provided advice during the design phase to ensure we got value for money in the products and subcontractors used. F&S met with the project team and provided project updates every 3 to 4 weeks during the construction period. At the end of the construction schedule, F&S negotiated the delays and constraints of the first Covid lockdown with minimal impact for the Church as the client.”‍
